Here's the thing... Bradford is a cute community in a nice neighborhood with friendly office staff (eh for the maintenance team) and neighbors, BUT when things go awry, they really go awry so start documenting things as soon as you see a negative pattern. I'm not going to share my situation because it's between them and me but it was months of headaches and defending myself and even after moving out and Bradford finalizing things, The Conner Group (their parent company) tried to screw me over and thankfully I kept a great record proving they didn't have a leg to stand on. Just be smart. That's all. Oh, also, when you sign the application you're also signing the lease and a ton of addendums come later. Just a helpful tidbit for the day 😉

Management is super friendly and helpful. They make it so easy whenever I have a question or need something fixed, even going the extra mile to help out after hours. This makes a huge difference for me, especially coming from other apartment experiences when I felt disregarded after move-in.

I lived in Bradford for 15 months! Kya is amazing as manager! The place is ok. I reported pest control problems at least 5 times during my time there. They always attended it and tried to fix it. The gates on the covered parking didn’t work most of the time.

I’ve been a resident at the Bradford for a few months now and I have had a very positive experience thus far! Maintenance has been very responsive and requests have been resolved within 24-48 hours as promised. My move-in process was very seamless and the unit was move-in ready with no issues. Additionally, the girls at the front office are so positive and inviting every time I go into the lobby. They all definitely deserve a shoutout! Whenever you need something, Kia will make sure it gets done!

I visited Bradford Cary and it’s truly a beautiful place to call home. Cora is an amazing leasing agent, and Julia was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to assist me and provided accurate information about the refund of my administration fee. Even though I wasn’t approved for the apartment, I would still highly recommend Bradford Cary as a great place to live.

I just moved into the Bradford Apts about a week ago and I absolutely love it here! I have so many wonderful things to say about this place. Right from the beginning when I called to get an appointment to come see the place the people in the main office were really so helpful and friendly. I worked mainly with Araia who is just wonderful! She helped me so much. We did a walk-through the day I moved in. She also presented me with a bouquet of sunflowers which made my day after driving four hours to get here. She called me the following day to make sure I settled in and that everything was going well which I thought was a special touch. I know, without a doubt, that I can call or write Araia with any questions since she always gets back to me quickly. The apartment itself is spectacular! I live in a studio that feels more like a one bedroom because it is so spacious. The amenities here are outstanding! I particularly love the fully equipped gym that is open 24/7. I also absolutely love the fact that the complex Is 100% handicap accessible. Three of my family members are in wheelchairs and when they come and visit me, they love it here as well. They have so much freedom to drive around in their wheelchairs. The grounds are so well kept and everything is so beautiful here. And I must mention, Location… I can walk to Publix, there are restaurants right across from the complex and in and around the area there is so much to do. I just can’t say enough good things about the Bradford. I have found my new home!
