I was visited by a Braden associate before we even considered getting a new copier. He impressed me so much that I kept his name to call when we were ready.
By the time we were ready, he was no longer working at Braden. However, I was then visited by 2 other associates who were even better. Lila & Doug have always been courteous, friendly, and professional, and we've had a lot of laughs.
We purchased a refurbished copier, and the team that installed it was fantastic. Unfortunately, we have had some issues with the machine.
This has allowed me to see how they continue to truly care and are concerned that the customer is happy with the purchase! Technicians are always here within an hour or two. They have worked hard to rectify the issues. Kyle took time to educate me on some things I was not aware of. Overall, they have been fantastic to work with.
I am confident we will get through the problems on the machine (as of today, it is great and as expected!) I will also confidently encourage you to give Braden Business Systems a chance for all your office equipment needs. They are real. They are honest. They care and will work hard to make you a lifelong customer!

Account restriction caused frustration
Having my account restricted on the platform caused immense stress and significant financial issues since I couldn’t access my funds. Resolving the problem required hiring professional help, which was an additional burden. While the issue was eventually fixed, the experience was frustrating and left me worried about the platform’s reliability. I recommend anyone facing similar problems to act quickly and seek solid support to avoid prolonged issues.

I work with Braden at my place of employment! Vance recently came by to service our copier that had a "paper jam" alert. He came in, introduced himself in a professional manner, and got straight to work! He was able to not only fix the main issue, but also fix an issue we were not yet aware of! I reached out to a sales representative who never followed up on a quote for wiring internet and redoing wifi within a business even after I did! We found another IT business who has already completed the work. Disappointing lack of communication and to hear initially from the rep it would of been outsourced work anyways...What business systems do you actually handle in house and is it standard practice to ghost potential clients?
