Called Paul with an emergency due to an issue with my toilet, he promptly arrived and identified the issue quickly. He was very friendly throughout and talked me through the process of the work he was carrying out and what needed to be done, it was all sorted and fixed within a few hours and off he went. I have used Paul for my plumbing issues over many years. Last year after discovering a leak from bathroom ceiling before travelling to Cornwall, I contacted Paul and arranged for him to pop in and take a look. All was sorted when we returned, I had no concerns about letting him into my home with nobody there. He works to very high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I contacted Paul and asked him to completely replace my main bathroom and ensuite room.
We agreed on a method where I would select all items (bathroom/shower suites, tiles, flooring, cabinets, radiators, lights, taps, mirrors etc) and plan the layout which Paul then checked over/made suggestions and agreed prior to purchase. Paul and Chase (his son) would then perform the installation, purchasing any additional plumbing materials (pipes, grout etc) as and when they were needed, which I paid Paul for on receiving a copy of the receipt. The agreed installation labour costs were paid following completion of each room.
The installation was carried out very professionally and in a timely manner with the Ensuite room installation on Week 1, the bathroom installation on Week 2, then a couple of further days to finish off some minor additions requested.
At the end of each day, the rooms were left clean and tidy with the water supply switched back on.
The end result are two bath/shower rooms that have really transformed my house and are a pleasure to use.
I would highly recommend Paul for any plumbing work. His costs are very reasonable and value for money, I have used him several more times to perform other smaller plumbing tasks in the kitchen and downstairs toilet.

I have used Paul’s Plumbing Services for at least six or seven years. No job is too small, or too big. Paul and his son has fitted a water but, changed taps, fixed my toilet cistern, and replaced the joist under my bathroom floor, which had rotted due to water damage caused by a badly fitted shower by a cowboy plumber. This was a very big job, which was very professionally carried out. I have always been happy with the work carried out by Paul’s Plumbing services. Paul’s quotes are very reasonable, and only does the work that needs to be done.
We had a hot water leak coming from somewhere upstairs, underneath the flooring on the landing and gushing out of the hallway downlights!!! Phoned Paul who had just got home after a days work and he came out to us within 20 minutes. He turned the mains water off, traced the leak to a broken water pipe feeding the hot water tap in the bathroom basin! He closed off the tap stopping the leak. He came back a few days later and installed a new tap. I can’t thank Paul enough for coming out so quickly and saving us from potential catastrophic water damage. We have used Paul’s plumbing services a number of times over the years. He’s fixed taps, replaced leaky/damaged pipes, he’s done cistern repairs, installed new pipework for a dishwasher, and even several radiator replacements. We have always been impressed by his work.
