I live in Bicester OX26 and decided to renew all doors and windows as the current windows were over 20 years old and starting to fail. Nick and Ross did a great job working very efficiently and keeping me informed of progress at all times. 11 windows, 2 doors and a byfold door were completed in 3 days and I'm very pleased with the results.

Had our front door replaced with a new one. Brackenwood were easy to deal with from the beginning when designing the door and sending out a surveyor, up to the completion of the installation. Installation was done by Vasilis, who did an excellent job removing and replacing the old door with the new one. He was very polite and efficient when carrying out the job - a proper gentleman too.

BH22 Ferndown. Installation of front door and french doors. Great company to deal with. Very helpful. The installers Leroy and Jamie were hardworking and friendly. Very pleased with the work. Will be booking in for the windows to be installed later this year. Would recommend.

We recently moved into our new home in Portchester and knew from the outset that the 20+ years old glazing would need replacing. We had a couple of quotes from other companies both corporate and private. As Brackenwood were offering upgrade to triple glazing we were pleasantly surprised at the quote. We have had 3 bedroom windows, 1 bathroom window, 1 bay window, new porch windows and french doors. We had 2 of the windows made smaller which involved completing some brickwork and plastering. We also had an issue with 2 lintels which required replacing. The fitters, Chris and Martin were excellent, especially when sorting another unexpected issue we had with cill depth, we were having external insulation installed after windows and required deeper cills than originally planed for. Chris and Martin have done an excellent job and remained professional considering the complexity of issues that were being thrown at them. The windows look great and the house now feels more secure. Would also like to mention the ladies in the office for their excellent service, quick responses and communication. Would definitely recommend Brackenwood. Thank you.

Having had our old wooden framed double glazing replaced by Brackenwood a few years ago we went back to them to get a quote to replace a conservatory with a lightweight solid roof and new triple glazing. Part of the pleasure of dealing with Brackenwood, apart from the quality of the end result, is the quality of their fitting teams. Darren, Neil and Ricky were no exception. From their obvious pride in what they do, to their attention and sensitivity to the fact that the process involves a fair amount of brick dust and disruption, they were diligent in attempting to minimise both but at the same time progress the job as quickly as possible, without once sacrificing the quality of their work. On top of their craftsmanship they were genuinely nice guys to have around, with good humour and pleasant banter. Thoroughly recommend the company, their product and especially their people. We love the end result which has changed a freezing kitchen with a glass cage tacked onto the back into what feels like a completely new extension. Should have done it years ago!

Heath and Barclay were our expert fitters who just got on with the job from when they first arrived having checked everything was correctly supplied and fitted. The doors replaced oak doors that were rotten and would have been very expensive to replace with new wooden doors. The Brackenwood doors look no different from those they replaced and we are waiting for the first visitor who notices that they have been replaced🙂
