BP Water Concepts is an excellent pool builder. Wow. They exceeded our expectations. Ben, Freddie, and Roger have built a special company with all the right ingredients: years of craftsmanship, business acumen, dedication to their employees and clients alike and a strong start to finish building process. BP self performs most of the process which is a rarity in today’s industry. In this, they were able to roll into the next scope of work seamlessly throughout our pool build. BP has a strong family legacy; I could easily see a third generation bringing this awesome company well into the future. Highly recommended, all the best to BP!

Our pool needed to be resurfaced and we were having water drainage issues. Roger came up with a design to refinish the pool, add drainage and a water pump to handle excess water. The project turned out well at a reasonable price. I highly recommend BP for your pool redesign.

We are really happy with the way our pool turned out. We went through an extensive remodel (water features, Baja shell, raised surface, new tile/surface) and love the way it all came together. BPs team was helpful every step of the way from the design through handoff. We’re even continuing to use their pool service - we know we’re in good hands. We’ve gotten lots of compliments and can’t wait to use the pool this summer.

BP Water Concepts built our pool during Spring 24. They provided us with a design based on our wish list and a corresponding reasonable quote. BP told us in would take 8 weeks and even with the rain, construction was finished in that time frame. They have been easy to work with and responsive. We couldn't be happier with our pool or our pool building experience.

Our job for BP was a challenge: in addition to a forty-foot long pool w/ hot-tub, our property is mostly on a very steep hillside. BP's Design Team designed a series of seven major retaining walls, one more than fifty feet long and the rest about twenty to thirty feet long. They also designed and installed a lawn (irrigated grass, not artificial turf). Most walls have irrigated banks with plantings above. BP used a subcontractor to replace a 1000 sf patio and build a black-cable fence with gates. BP also built a pool/gardening shed and three stone staircases.

They built an oasis in my backyard. Concrete, turf, swimming pool, spa... they have it all. I was burned by a contractor in the past so I was very worried going through this entire process, but everything was done on schedule and with the utmost professionalism. Freddy, Ben, and Roger were all great people and helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!

Small company with a bright future! Experienced some growing pains throughout the project which extended the duration longer than expected. New subcontractors were also brought on to pull in schedule, but the quality of their initial work didn't meet BPs expectations. Ultimately BP came through in the end, reworking hardscape where required to produce a quality end product! Overalls, it was great working with a one-stop-shop that would not only build the pool, but also take ownership of the hardscape and other small items to complete our back yard oasis. Thanks again BP!

They built a new jacuzzi for me as well as replastering the existing pool. High quality work. They matched the stone of my pool perfectly. However communication was the only issue, I dealt with so many people and had to ask a lot of questions to get things working, but the end result is of course great after figuring it all out. In the height of the pandemic, we found ourselves planning to undergo a major landscaping project, with the pool as the central focus. I initially spoke with multiple pool companies, some very well known, some less so. Timing was an issue for many companies we spoke with, due to the high demand of the pool industry at the time. Many companies were quoting project start dates of six plus months out, just to break ground. I connected with Ben, as a recommendation from a friend who had used BP Water Concepts in the past. I immediately had a good feeling about him and the company. Ben was patient, responsive and always took the time to answer my questions. He was willing to do some initial complimentary design work for us, and pointed us in the direction of some popular sites for design inspiration. He understood our time sensitivity (we were living in new construction, on a dirt lot, with zero usable outdoor space for our three boys) and worked with me to quickly get our plans through the county approval process. He was able to get us on his calendar much earlier than many of the other companies we had spoken with. When it came time to select our materials, we had some very specific ideas in mind. The entire team was patient through that process allowing us to take the time to find the perfect selections to fulfil our vision. Ben and Roger went above and beyond, by working with various vendors that I had sourced locally (even though they were not his typical material suppliers). Once construction started, Roger and his crew were always very respectful of our family and our living environment. Roger would often check in with me along the way when laying materials to make sure we were all on the same page, and the crew executed our design with great attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed with how responsive the company was regarding my questions. Whenever concerns or issues arose, someone was always available and willing to step up to make it right. In the end, we have a beautiful pool, and I am certain that we made the right choice hiring BP Water Concepts to do the job! If you want a company who is flexible, and will build the perfect custom pool for your needs, BP Water Concepts is the right fit! Our family looks forward to many fun-filled years enjoying our new backyard paradise!
