Coy is very friendly, and patient, quality work. First time paying a house inspector, but from what I heard he charges a bit more than others. It is worth it though. Good peace of mind.

I contacted Coy for an inspection on the condo my husband and I are purchasing. From the first phone call, Coy went above and beyond in answering all my questions, making sure that I understood exactly what he was going to be doing. And let me tell you, he went through everything. Top to bottom. One of my questions was since this is a condo, you don't look at the outside? Not the case, Coy said I don't care about that, I look at it all. I want you to see everything. I interviewed other companies, and a couple of them said they look at everything inside, you don't need to worry about the outside, it is the HOA's problem. It may be the HOA's problem to fix, but I am paying into the HOA, so yeah, I want to see it all. You get what you pay for, and Coy completely delivers. 100% recommend.

Coy worked around my schedule so I could attend the inspection! This was the most important thing to me. I wanted to make sure he actually did the work I paid for. I wanted to get to know the home better and feel like I got my money's worth, to put my mind at ease during the largest business decision of my life! He found things I would have never found on my own! With the report you are able to request the seller to correct things.
