AVOID ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AVOID!! Contacted Bharat [Baz] to quote for refitting both our downstairs and upstairs Bathroom in August 2024. He arrived as agreed, as he was leaving he said he would send the quote. Several months later [we are now in November] and various calls texts I never received the quote nothing, absolute radio silence. Disappointing, discourteous and unprofessional...if a job isn't for you just simply say. When he once picked the phone up he said the portal that he sends quotes from was down and he had sent it ect ect, so I gave him my email address, he then went back to his habit of Radio Silence. Surely if a critical component of your Business [the quoting portal] is down you make it your priority to get it sorted -otherwise how else would you be sending quotes out. These are just lies by him, ive had no problem from the other plumber in regards to sending quotes. Absolute pathetic behaviour -why leave potential customers hanging, in the end it’s a blessing, as if you have to chase him this much, then he clearly isn’t the professional supposedly plumber, for the job. If I could leave ZERO star I would, avoid!!!

Replace kitchen tap& waste piping under sink. Also fitted new stop cock & isolaters on tap (LE2) Baz was amazing from giving us a quote & explaining everything that he needed to do what needed replacing giving us full confidence that our job wasn't an issue & today he has been & done the job. Arrived on time, polite, very respectful of my elderly dad with dementia. Cleaned up after him left the area completely as if he hadn't even been. Amazing job done, pure relief of no more leaks & we can actually turn the water off if needed. Wore boot covers & took them on /off everytime he had to go to the van. Very respectful worker. Wouldn't hesitate to use Baz again & definitely recommend him.

Whole bathroom refit for my parents, back to brick. (LE4) We got a few quotes for this job. Baz was not the cheapest, but we warmed to because he was respectful, honest & took out the time to speak to my parents & explain everything to them. When we were shopping for our bathroom bits, I would regularly message or call him to check things and this was never a problem. He happily helped, checked through the measurements etc that I gave him & even advised me about better options. His work was clean and my parents felt safe with him around & were happy to leave him alone at home too. The end result was stunning. My parents are so happy. Thank you Baz x

Bathroom Refit (LE5) Baz did an excellent job in updating our shower room. From the initial meeting I felt confident and reassured that he would do an excellent job, and he surely did. The preparation and materials he used give me full confidence the room will be leak free for years to come. Baz is a really nice guy, who takes pride in his work and nothing is too much trouble for him. He took his time and didn’t rush to ensure the work was spot on and we were happy. I will certainly contact Baz for any future work and would definitely recommend. If you want a proper job doing, Baz is the man!

Poor communication (LE4) I initially contacted Box Home in April for a full bathroom refit including design, rip out and new suite. He replied to say he would come out in May half term to see the current space to give a design/quote and gave indicative date of Nov for the works. I didn’t hear anything again so I chased middle of June. I provided address as requested. Radio silent again. I chased a week later. He then gave a July date and then I didnt hear from him when I tried to confirm. Poor communication, poor timekeeping. Seems unrealisable and wouldn’t want to give him £££s for a big job like ours
