Dr William Choi is an exceptional dentist. His approach to customer care is refreshingly authentic. I originally approached him for cosmetic dental work but have since taken him on as my regular dentist. He talks me through my dental care options each time we meet. The discussion is never rushed. He never tries to upsell me. In fact, quite the opposite. He actively dissuades me from considering expensive treatments if he feels they’ll be of limited value. He’s honest about the pitfalls of various treatment options and never hesitates to challenge me if he feels an option under consideration is a poor match for my current lifestyle. I’ve never met a cosmetic dentist who was so pragmatic and genuine. Book him. You won’t regret it.

I came to this dentist after reading the good reviews and the fact that you are able to come in on a weekend, which fits my busy work sced so well. I had a few things to fix up which Dr Yi Ting Liu talked me through nicely and made me feel at ease. I visited for twice in two weeks and she’s lovely to be around & calming.
