I can literally recommend BITS bournemouth to anyone who would want their data recovered from hardisk, they’re just toooo good and very ethical… right from running diagnostic and recovering it every step is very professional and i got my data recovered safely. Staff are very helpful and kind. It might sound expensive for the first time but if you just walk down the road there’s this store named iCrack where they do not know how hardisks run, they do not know if it is degraded or anything they just quote whatever price they’d want. I looked up for other stores and found BITS and it turned out to be a gem. Highly recommend!

Speedy repairs and amazing that they could repair the screen on my Mac for the price they charge

Amazing experience, an amazing customer service. They picked my MacBook up via Royal mail on the Thursday. They messaged me to say they were waiting for the part and it would be a few days by Wednesday morning. I had my MacBook back fixed to a high standard. Communication was amazing from start to finish.

Very quick response for MacBook replacement battery. Part was ordered in within 2 days and I took my MacBook in the next day and it was ready in under 2 hours. Very professional service, great value compared to Apple direct and great staff reaction online and in person. Unfortunately, (due to clumsy daughter), 2nd time I’ve used the service and had no hesitation. The process is simple, quick, and the quality is top notch. I opted to drop the computer off at post office just because easier for me. Send QR code quickly that post office accepted. Computer repaired the next day and on its way back once paid for. Not even a minor criticism of the service. If you need a screen fixed this is the only way to go. Thanks again, and hopefully the last time.

Unbelievable service! Macbook Air M1 screen fixed in 2 days and returned like new. Much cheaper than Apple’s quote (which was basically you may as well bin the laptop!). Free delivery, posted within minutes of payment (also payment after fix!), really well packaged (nice free chocolates too, thanks!), great customer service. Honestly can’t rate highly enough!

Fantastic company. Sent my laptop in to be fixed on a Monday ( picked up by royal mail) I received my repaired laptop back on Thursday. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough.

Sent my MacBook to be repaired and the process was very quick and easy. Received a label to ship, and once it was received they had it repaired and sent back within a couple days good as new. Definitely recommend for Mac repairs.
