Best Driver Jason
Jason was an excellent driver and guide. He had so much knowledge and made our experience so much better. We toured Castle and Key, Wood ford and Buffalo Trace. We even got lucky to do the “Hard Hat” tour all together. We will for sure use Bourbon Town tours again and highly recommend Jason!!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our Bourbon Town tour. We customized a bourbon tour and horse farm visit for our group. Ron was wonderful to work with through out the planning process. He could not have been a nicer gentleman and was a great guide. Highly recommend using them to make your day easy, comfortable, fun and worry free. He took care of everything. Birthday Tour
Preston with BourbonTown did an excellent job. From picking us up at the hotel to getting us to all the locations we wanted to tour. He also had lots of knowledge of every location, which was neat. We were able to partake in all of the bourbon without worrying about driving which made it the best way bourbon trip. I would recommend him and the team anybody.
Fantastic Trip!
Bourbontown Tours was very cooperative of our wants and took the time to talk to us about it. They lined everything up for us and turned out to be an excellent trip! Our driver Jason was outstanding and had snacks and drinks for the trip even.

Our driver Alison was excellent. She was on time, prepared, had great suggestions and knowledge of where we were going and the best tips to maximize our time. The best way to visit Woodford and Buffalo Trace when staying in Louisville.

We went on a 2 plus week roadtrip which we had never done before. Went to KY for the Bourbon Trail, and both of us can honestly say it was the best day of our whole trip, and we had a great time every state and place we visited. It was all made special by our fabulous guide Allison. She is worth her weight in Gold! Such a fun and memorable full day! Also, Ron was very accomodating in getting us the tours we wanted.
Awesome Bourbon Trail Experience
Ron was our tour guide for the Bourbon Trail. He did an excellent job getting all 14 of us to Bulleit, Four Roses and Buffalo Trace and staying in schedule. Kudos to Ron for getting us delicious boxed lunches! And Ron was able to work his magic and get us a tour at Buffalo Trace even though they were fully booked on Saturday! Ron was very personable and was a great host to all of us.

Wonderful tour compnay with great people!
Had a wonderful trip to Louisville with my brother for some bourbon trail exploration. We booked two days with BourbonTown Tours. My first contact was with Aaron who was great; good communication and very helpful in building our tours. The vehicle was like new and comfortable. Our driver Alison were excellent; friendly and punctual. Very focused on making sure we had a good time. I can not recommend them enough.

Flying in from all over the U.S., this was the best decision we made. Ron was awesome, and got us into unique distilleries we wouldn’t have known about, and directly into the big ones (skipping the lines). He took care of everything.

Great experience with BourbonTown Tours
Excellent experience with BourbonTown Tours, from initial contact through planning and the tour itself. Allison was fantastic. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Fortunate to spend a day with her providing guidance and insights, about the distilleries we visited and Kentucky. Full day, which flew by. We visited Whiskey Thief, Buffalo Trace, J Mattingly, Four Roses and James E. Pepper. Highly recommend Whiskey Thief Distilling - for the experience and the bourbon. Samples and the bottles we bought were thieved straight from one of their barrels (they produce only about 1,000 barrels a year). They also produce really good gin. The Four Roses tasting room is lovely and they make great cocktails. Good gift shop as well.
Birthday Bourbon Trip!
Simply excellent. It started with Shelby who helped us plan our trip.Our host, Kristi was truly amazing. She contacted me a few days ahead of our trip to confirm our schedule and planned distillers, inquired on any special needs and suggested a few changes which were perfect! Her knowledge of the area and attention to detail were unmatched! My wife and couple we went with continue to brag on our experience as it was just that - An experience!!
Gorgeous Saturday in Lexington
We very much enjoyed our small distillery tour on Saturday, October 4th. This was our first time to do a bourbon tour.Kirk picked us up at 8:30 and he made the trip so enjoyable. His knowledge of bourbon and Lexington area was very helpful and his upbeat, positive personality just made the trip 10/10 for us. We saw 4 distilleries in about 8 hours and had time for lunch at the Stave restaurant which is a must do on the list.We visited Bluegrass Distilleries, Larriken distillery, Castle and Key and ended the day at Whiskey Thief! I must say that Blugrass was our favorite stop of the day and Larriken was our least favorite. All in all would definitely recommend this company. Ask for Kirk as your guide. He was the best!

From the moment she graded us Kristi made the entire day feel special personalized and seamless. She went above and beyond to make my husband feel celebrated from the thoughtful birthday touches to customize stops that reflected his interest. It truly felt like the day it was built just for him what stood out even more was how attentive and engaging Kristi was with our entire group. Everyone felt included informed and completely taken care of. She struck the perfect balance between fun, professionalism and warmth keeping the energy high while also giving a space to enjoy the experience Kristi‘s knowledge of the bourbon, industry, local history and hidden gyms, made the tour educational and entertaining she clearly has deep connections in the area, which made every stop feel like a VIP experience if you’re considering a bourbon tour whether it’s for celebration or just to explore I cannot recommend Bourbontown Tours and Kristi Teague highly enough. This was more than just a tour. It was a memory will treasure for years to come. Five stars all the way!
