Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My car got towed from private property $605 in cash just to get it back. The people working there were rude, angry, and completely unprofessional. They tried to force me to sign a paper that basically gives up my rights, and when I refused, they got mad about it.
I get that towing is part of the job, but the way they talk to people and the attitude they have is just ridiculous. No respect at all, no empathy, and way overpriced. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Biggest Crooks and scammers this should not be legal.
Be careful if your car ever ends up here — take pictures, record everything, and don’t let them bully you into signing anything. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone
