Great purchasing experience, they put together the MAX G3, helped me activate it up in-store, and then were patient with me on the phone when I called for assistance on a couple of early technical issues I encountered. Their advice was solid and they offered me to come back in and switch it to another unit if I lost confidence in the product. It ended up being "glitchy" bluetooth connectivity stuff outside of their control, and I would highly recommend purchasing or servicing your scooters here. Thank you gentlemen!
