We had an amazing experience with Boston Chauffeur for our wedding transportation! We rented three buses from them, and from start to finish, the service was flawless. They were incredibly professional, kind, and communicative throughout the entire process. We always felt like we were in great hands.
The day of the wedding, the drivers were punctual, courteous, and completely on top of the schedule. Everything ran like clockwork, which is exactly what you hope for on such an important day. Everyone was also extremely friendly and kind!
A special shoutout to Thane, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — including helping us secure a special party bus that made the day even more fun and memorable. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.

Unfortunately, I rented a vintage Rolls Royce from this company and was told that the vehicle was kept in great condition and was deceived by a representative of Boston Chauffeur as they sent stock photos of the vehicle and not actual photos of the vehicle in it's current condition. Upon arrival the vehicle had visible rust, the door was damaged and the front seat was extremely worn. I reached out to the company and it took them over a week to respond and their response was that the vehicle was vintage and they delivered as promised. Unfortunately, they did not deliver as promised. I understand that the vehicle is vintage, but because of the type of vehicle it is and what people rent them for, weddings, proms, special occasions, I expected the vehicle to be kept in better condition as I was told it was, however this company misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and deceived me and did not offer a discount or an apology for their misrepresentation and deceit. Had I known the vehicle was not kept in great condition, I would not have rented from them. Not to mention their customer service on the back end after the issue was reported was horrible. I would not recommend this company nor would I ever be using them again.

Hi Ms.Turner Kirkland, I apologize you feel that we misresented the vehicle for your son's prom. As you can see by our 4.8 Google rating, most of our customers are very happy with our services. The vehicle you booked is 60 years old. We just spent 14K to have the vehicle fully painted over the winter. Additionally, we have done dozens of weddings with the 1965 Rolls Royce with many being at 5 star hotels in Boston without one complaint. You also told our reservation agent the chauffeur Jon was excellent.
Respectfully, I find your complaint and review baseless and without merit.

We used Boston Chauffeur for our wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Emily in the office was communicative and helpful throughout the planning, and all the chauffeurs and greeters made sure our guests felt safe and well taken care of. Our families had nothing but good things to say about the transit experience. We’ll definitely be keeping them in mind for future airport pickups and special events. Highly recommend!

Boston Chauffeur was an excellent choice for our guests to be transported back & forth to my daughter’s wedding venue in Topsfield, MA. We can't say enough positive things about Boston Chauffeur and Kevin! Their customer service was incredible. Kevin was so kind and happy for us on our wedding day. We had a driver bring us to our first look and back to our venue. They also did shuttles from the hotel to the venue (less than a mile) for our wedding party. Everything was totally seamless!

We highly recommend going with Boston Chauffeur for your Wedding. The staff were informative and responsive when we began coordinating the itinerary. Leading up to the event, we received timely notifications about the driver and arrival time. The drivers were professional, courteous, and made sure we arrived to our destination safely and on time. We rented the 14 person sprinter van and the 27 person bus. Many of our guests commented on how clean and new the vehicles looked. With some older guests, we were pleased with how comfortable everyone was in the seats. We highly recommend checking out Boston Chauffeur for your wedding day travels!

From the very first conversation the communication was second to none,I received texts updating the status from a few days out until arrival, driver was early, he was very polite ,professional, pleasant and accomadting, his driving was so good we didn't even feel like we were moving
The vehicle was beautiful and clean and ran smooth and quiet,the interior was loaded with accommodations ,the kids had a blast playing there favorite songs and drinking nice cold water.
I wouldn't even think about using another limo company and would recommend this company to anyone, simply a top notch company with amazing customer service from start to finish

Exceptional Service
We recently hired Boston Chauffeur to transport a large group of fathers and sons to a Boston College football game. The booking process was extremely easy and the company provided updates every step of the way. Our driver was very polite and professional. My son left his sweatshirt in the vehicle and our driver went out of his way on his own time to bring it to our home the next day. This is a first class company and I highly recommend them. I look forward to booking Boston Chauffeur in the future.

Amazing experience from start to finish with Boston Chauffeur. We used them for our wedding, and the communication from pre-booking, booking, and timely updates day of was great. The two drivers were excellent, early to arrive for pick up, and true professionals that made the day amazing and less stressful. Highly recommend!
