First I was impressed with Boss Laser’s facility. Very clean, organized and professional. Every employee I encounter made sure to say hello and greeted me and my wife. I made an appointment, got there a little early but was taken right in. Tony was my salesman and Johnny and Robert were out tour guides and technical experts. Once we explained our needs to them, they immediately brought us to the LS machines. Then they were both able to help us make the big decision on which machine we ended up getting. Always courteous, always professional and never rude or in a hurry. They did a few demos to show us what the machine could do and explained every step of the process from starting up, set up, light burn, cutting/engraving to finishing. Dillan helped out again! Seriously, he is so knowledgeable and patient. After the alignment issue, he was able to solve the main issue that involved setting the laser to the correct distance from the materials. He walked me through every step, and explained everything in detail. Every company should have techs like Dillan to support their clients. Quick response and resolution! There was some back-and-forth in the beginning to get the appropriate tech support agent on the phone but once we spoke we got a clear definition of trouble shooting methods, got to the root of the issue, and found a resolution quickly. The Boss Laser team was helpful and kind and prioritized our issue. This was critical to keeping our production floor running.
