Madeleine Paterson was recommended to me after an incident where a nerve died in one shoulder for 4.5 - 5 months and sever damage to all tissue throughout the other shoulder with some fluid in it which we found this out after starting physio. Range of motion was poor in both arms and nothing weighted could be done. Shoulder specialists and pain clinics so far have done nothing to improve the damage part from painkillers and nerve blockers. After 8 physiotherapy sessions with Madeleine, full range of motion is back although sometimes painful so we continue to work on this and re-developing muscles which is expediting recovery. Madeleine's expertise has made such a speedy recovery possible so I highly recommend Madeleine and doing everything she says! Thank you for all your help and support through this Madeleine, Zara V

My NHS physiotherapist told me my likely fate - an assault would leave me with a highly compromised right arm. Id be able to carry shopping though. I didn't find that much to celebrate. I went private. Dan at BOOST Physio, feared my injuries had led to a frozen shoulder. Two physiotherapy session later, and Dan's mobilisation (entirely lacking in the NHS) has freed up my shoulder and has made it seem entirely possible that I will not need to adapt to life altering injuries. What if I had not had that money? How many of us are left disabled by the NHS when there is no need?

It was amazing working with Catriona Benson as I recovered from an injury - She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind and intentional. I have a tendency to skip through recovery process and she noticed this early then slowed me down. Ensuring I thoroughly immersed myself in the process to ensure that I had a full 100% recovery. Her words of encouragement and support is really what stood out to me. She kept on encouraging me even when I felt frustrated with the process but always acknowledged my leaps in recovery. This is the most professional physiotherapy service that I have had in my 79 years. I am a retired GP, and so have some understanding of the process.
