Moved to Bookalet after PIMS was taken over and service rapidly went downhill. Bookalet has been simple to pick up and, by contrast, the customer service is fantastic - dealing with people in the UK who answer the phone, answer messages, and know their product. Compared to some other booking channels where I've been tearing my hair out, Bookalet are fantastic. Heartily recommend.

Staff at Bookalet are always really helpful with any query regarding the booking system, which is excellent, and helped to increase my bookings.
I am very impressed with Bookalet. Great system. Also if I mess up the team are so quick to help me. I wouldnt use any other software booking system.
Bigbury 7 has been using Bookalet since we started a few years ago. A really great company to deal with, and the guest online booking and automated letters simplifies the whole process a lot!
Once upon a time, about 25 years ago, we had to write letters to carry out a holiday cottage business. Now, Bookalet does it all for us, and any problems are quickly resolved.
Great service. The booking software meets my needs and the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable to any queries I have had.
Have been with bookalet for almost 8 years now as someone who is not so computer savvy their system is so easy to use and if I do need help their customer service is always quick to respond and very patient helpful.
We used Bookalet for nearly 10 years and it really simplified managing bookings and availability for our holiday cottage. We found the software easy to use and it really simplified our booking process.

Philham Water Cottage has used bookalet on its website for a few years and I like it a lot; especially since I upgraded to Bookalet Pro. All my queries (mostly at the outset) have been promptly answered/sorted satisfactorily. It required a bit of work to set up (as would any booking program) but was straightforward and has always worked smoothly.
I used the company previously signed up again and im nothing but disappointed-in the after service - I wouldn’t recommend
My problem is not with a domain issue?!!

We're very happy with Bookalet. It works well for our bookings and they have very helpful support staff when needed. I'm now trying the Website Builder, challenging but fun and again, great support.
I have been so impressed by Bookalet. I initially worked on Lodgify but was stung by hidden prices, widgets not working and no technical backup.
Bookalet was completely the opposite, a pleasure to set up, lovely support from Corinne who managed to get me set up with four lets in less than 24 hours. The widget worked seamlessly, and the bonus for my client, the annual cost is way cheaper.
I am used to setting up programs to link into my websites, so I'm not a novice, but I do think this is a very user friendly platform and I'm comfortable handing it over to my client to manage moving forward.
Absolutely brilliant - the agents are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, everything is made incredibly easy for you to navigate your way round the system. Definitely recommended.

Who is giving all these 5*? Bookalet is an absolute nightmare to use. Take it from someone that has been in this business for many years and on many platforms. The system is a shambles that cancels out dates on other calendars and then when you tell them they say its something YOU have done. Over £700 for a broken system that is losing me not only the £700+, but much more through lost bookings on other platforms thanks to their stupid system not doing its job properly! Maybe it works for one property on one other platform, but for someone with many properties on a few platforms all this does is screw everything up! Don't bother asking for a refund becayuse you won't get one! I hope you have a rotten 2025. YOU DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!
