Terrible customer service. 314 Roofing came out on May 12, 2026. Once they saw I wanted to review prices before signing a contract, their attitude completely changed. They did a rushed, sloppy inspection and refused to look inside for hidden damage. They promised a video and a detailed estimate via email, but it has been a month and they have ghosted my emails. They hold your storm damage photos hostage to pressure you into a contract. Find an honest local contractor instead. Total bait-and-switch scheme! This company advertises a 'Free Estimate' to get their foot in your door. But once they inspect the storm damage, they hold the estimate, photos, and videos hostage. They refuse to send the paperwork via email unless you meet them in person to sign a binding contract. A real free estimate doesn't require a signed contract. They are dishonest, shady, and unprofessional. Avoid them!

I’m inexperienced with home ownership and was nervous to get gutters put on and have the roof evaluated. Randy and Carlos (and their team) did an amazing job! Randy was kind, showed photos, had great explanations, and seemed very down to earth and not at all sales-like. There was never anything that made me think that I was being offered anything other than exactly what I wanted and needed. Carlos did a great job with the roof and I will definitely be recommending this company (and using them again). Great staff all around!

The crew did an amazing job and the Project Manager kept me abreast of the progress throughout the day. The crew was able to remove my old roof and finish the installation in 1 day. It was very impressive. Clean up went very well with a follow-up to run the magnet the next day as well. Outside of a little debris from the old roof and a soda bottle and can in my pool skimmer, the entire cleanup was great. I highly recommend this team for anyone seeking quality sales and service teams.

Three "Ps" - Professional, Proficient and Price-wise. After a leak and expensive repair 314 conducted a full inspection of my roof revealing about 40 leaking and soon to be leaking problems resulting from the breakdown of plastic flashing and tile lifting compliments of hurricane Harold. From the initial photo and video problem review meeting to repair and before and after photography 314 managed the repair process with maximum efficiency. I would have liked to have had an after repair meeting but other than that I have confidence that my home is safe from future leaks under non-hurricane conditions.

From the start, there was no pressure—everything was clearly explained, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. They stood out as the most professional and detail-oriented company we spoke with. The experience of using 314 Roofing Solutions was phenomenal from start to finish. Our sales representative was Tad Patschke. Tad came to our home to complete a thorough inspection of our roof. Roof needed to be replaced due to storm damages. Information needed for the insurance claim was provided in a prompt manner. Replacement date was schedule, however had to be rescheduled due to expected rain communication regarding this was timely. When replacement date came the work crew worked in a timely fashion very respectful and were extremely tidy. The team explained the process well. The next day came back to ensure no nails were left in the front or the rear of our home. I would recommend this company to anyone. 314 Roofing Solutions Thank you so much for your work!!

My builder skipped on $7 roof flashing that left me with a ridiculously costly leak. 314 Roofing provided layman’s explanation of damage, transparent pricing and photos at every step throughout the 1-day extensive repair. I checked their estimate with my private insurance adjuster and he recommended to move forward with them, quickly and without negotiation as it was such a fair, up-front estimate.

I had 314 Roofing come by to complete a quick inspection on the roof after i saw leakage in my attic due to rainwater. Randy did a full inspection and kept it honest in what was wrong with my roof. He even recommended some repair that was not needed but would help the lifespan of the roof and did not force or push a full on roof repair. The price for the repair was below what I expected and was happy to get it scheduled, 314 accommodated a time that worked best for me. The repair tech came earlier than the scheduled time which worked better for me, and was respectful to my roof and property. He worked all day to get the roof done. Monica kept me informed during the whole process and was responsive to all my text messages even messaging me off hours to answer a question i had. They send a report with pictures after the work is complete as well. Had a great experience and will be utilizing them for any future work i may need. Fully recommend them for any work.

This experience is solely from my phone interaction on 3/27/26. I called to get a quote on my home for a skylight sealant service. The receptionist who answered was one of the rudest individuals I have encountered from a seemingly professional organization. As someone who needed a bit of guidance to help navigate my roofing issue, she impolitely rushed me off the phone and acted as if my clarification questions were annoying her when I mentioned that I have a 4th story roof and her company could not service it. Being someone in sales, this is absolutely unacceptable - you never rush the customer off the phone, sound annoyed, or act as if they are a bother just because you can't make a sale off of them. Do better.
