I stumbled upon Bonnetts Saddlery while hunting for a new saddle and immediately noticed their prices were far better than anywhere else I’d looked. I’d just bought a new horse and was struggling to find a saddle that actually fit her properly. What really caught my eye was how much practical saddle fitting information they had available, which already put them ahead of the pack.
I reached out to Gary using the number listed on the saddle info, and I’m genuinely glad I did. He went through the photos of my horse, explained what would work and why, and recommended a more suitable saddle than the one I originally had my eye on. When it arrived, it fit beautifully. No adjustments, no guesswork, no disappointment.
On top of that, he suggested the right saddle pad and girth, including the correct sizing, and both were spot on. The whole experience was seamless, supportive, and incredibly reassuring, especially when you’re spending good money and hoping you’re not making a costly mistake.

Gary & Greg's customer service is the best! This is the third saddle I've bought from them (I live interstate NSW). If there's any questions or if yr unsure about something, like myself, they're happy to contact you prior to sending. They make sure its set up & ready to go when you receive it. Their prices are competitive & usually cheaper than others. I'd highly recommend Bonnett's Saddlery even if you live interstate 😄
