These have become my absolute favorite cigars. Great quality, incredible taste, and an overall pleasant experience. Customer service is great and always responds promptly. Every time i smoke these with friends they are blown away by these cigars.
All in all you cant go wrong with these cigars
Still waiting for my order to process. It's been in process mode since 5/27.
458 is my first smoke from the new order of cigars. This brand was recommended by a friend and met expectations. First, the draw was excellent, not too open and not tight. The volume of smoke from the draw expectantly large with tastes of subtle nut and breath of creamy cherry which I did not expect. As I smoked I picked up on light pepper. The ash was firm which also was a surprise so no mess on my shirt or pants. The best part was the flavor profile did not got to ash or tartness as I continued toward the stub which I finished at around 1 inch. For the value, I'm a fan.
Bongani 658 Toro:
Just received my order from the new fulfillment center located in Miami, Florida. I tried to wait and let my sticks settle in my humidor, but I just couldn't wait to try one!
The 58 Ring Guage felt well constructed in my hand. Supple veining in the wrapper complements the band with its own raised design. (nicely done) The cold draw was a little tight but released a mild, sweet creamy first impression.
The foot toasted evenly with accurately described caramel /cocoa /coffee notes that immediately kick-in on the first few draws, but nothing harsh. The aroma and smoke were voluminous and hearty! flavor notes were full without the punch of a full-bodied cigar for the first half. Ash burned evenly, no real pop of pepper yet. As I continued to draw, the heartiness persisted but remained surprisingly pleasant.
The second half kicked off with a subtle lick of pepper & caramel as the flavors & spice notes intensify. As a full-bodied stick, this is where I begin to shy away, but the 658 remained tame enough for this mild to medium profiler, but now, I'm a fan of the 658 Toro!
No rumble of the tummy or light-headedness as I draw this experience down to the last 1.5 inches. This cigar finished more like a satisfying meal versus a Prylosec commercial...
I promise to let the rest of my stash mellow for a while. What a treat!
