Samuel was our service technician today and he did a great job as usual. He serviced our A/C system and fitted an air scrubber to our unit which we discussed with him at our last visit. We’ve been using Bob Air for 2 years now and we are really happy with their work ethos and the pride they take in their work. If we have ever had an issue they have worked hard to resolve it.

Bon Air to the rescue. Please read my long review. I promise that it’s worth it. I had an AC system installed by another company that was strong armed on me by my home warranty company. I noticed water stains on the ceiling and investigated. The air plenum outside of the drip tray had ruptured from being full of water. This soaked many things, ruined decking, insulation, sheet rock, etc. The “other company” told me it was because my furnace was old, they’re not liable and the solution was replace everything. I’m not in denial that I have an older furnace, but I wanted to get to the root cause of the failure. If it’s on me, fine, if it’s in the installer, then let’s find out. They sent 2 different “techs” who gave me conflicting info, but came up with the same solution. Buy new everything. Their explanations didn’t make logical sense, so I stopped in to visit with Marc, and Alex. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They both were skeptical of the other company’s assessment, and rightfully so. They dispatched John to take a look at my catastrophic damages and diagnose the root cause. In no time at all, John identified the problem, mitigated my damage from the other company’s faulty install and provided me with some much needed documentation to seek restitution with the original installer. Bon Air knew exactly what they were doing, have the knowledge, and have the people in every role to execute the job perfectly. I learned a hard lesson. Don’t trust anyone except for Bon Air to accurately diagnose, repair, or replace anything having to do with your HVAC system. Thank you all so much for being experts and professionals.

My second time using this repair company. Repeat trouble from 2023. Replacement of circuit board in A/C unit. Tech was excellent in diagnostic of unit and replacement of parts. Service call was HIGH and no senior discount.
Suggest to have surge protection on unit.
HIGH price for this item and installation.

He was very kind and helpful. He took the time to thoroughly check both the inside and outside air conditioning units. He found everything was working perfectly even though another company tried to get me to pay $18,000 for a new unit. I totally trust Bon Air.
