BOM deal with any issues very quickly, and there is never an issue. The customer service is excellent, I don’t think it could be any better. Everyone is friendly and nothing is a problem. BOM follow up all the time, and this feedback keeps us up to date with progress on outstanding jobs. This means that impact of anything going wrong on the business is minimal. BOM are on the case without us having have to chase. BOM completed a successful cloud migration project for us, and the transition was quick, and went smoothly.
From the moment BOM IT started supporting us, they have been nothing but helpful. Every person I have dealt with through email or on the phone, have always given great support and followed up when not able to resolve things immediately. Excellent all-round service from people that are experts in IT.

I'll openly admit I'm not the most savvy tech user but BOM Support have always shown the greatest of patience which I've tested on a regular basis. External IT support often takes a lot of flack from companies but BOM seem to really know our systems. They always call back when promised and have resolved 100% of my issues to date. Go team BOM!
We have been with BOM for quite some time now and I have to say that they always deliver. This company is always going the extra mile, and that goes for each and every engineer, our account manager and the sales team. Having to work with someone who architect our infrastructure is extremely beneficial as they can jump straight to the problem because they know our system inside out.
