I've been coming to this laundromat for a couple months already, and will say that it is a good one to come to if you need to wash. I usually come in the mornings and am always greeted by Christina the worker with a good morning, and not only me but to everyone else. She is very helpful and a very respectful and if you need something she's there. Will definitely choose tip top laundry to wash your clothes at.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Bolt Laundry has been extremely frustrating.
My family’s laundry order, totaling approximately 51 pounds of clothing, has gone missing. This included not only my clothes but also my children’s clothing, and I have already spent over $400 replacing essential items.
The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication and accountability. I have repeatedly tried to speak with a manager and have never received a meaningful callback. I was told an investigation was conducted, but no one has been able to provide clear proof of delivery. The driver did not verify the delivery time or provide evidence that matches my records.
I reviewed an entire day’s worth of Ring camera footage and found no evidence supporting the claimed delivery. I was then asked to provide all of my Ring footage, which would include private recordings of my children and family coming and going throughout the day. I did not feel comfortable sharing that level of personal footage.
I also drove to the San Diego address associated with the business hoping to speak with someone in person and resolve the issue. To my surprise, it appeared to be a residential apartment location, not a laundromat or customer service facility where a customer could receive assistance. That made it even more difficult to get help regarding my missing order.
At this point, I am still missing 51 pounds of laundry, have incurred significant replacement costs, and cannot get a manager to address the situation directly. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will be filing a police report and pursuing every available option to recover my losses.
Customers deserve better communication, accountability, and transparency when trusting a company with their personal property.
I had a great experience at Tip Top Laundry. The facility was very clean and well maintained, and everything was easy to use. The worker was especially kind and helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure I had what I needed. One of the better laundromats I’ve been to!
