Great response time. Not afraid to take a small job. Great communication. Quality work. They removed french doors to be able to shore up the floor under door that was soft and missing supports. Also wrapped in metal to protect wood casing. Bit pricey but job well done.

I was very impressed by the staff at Bo Lacey Construction. The salesman, (Zach) was very knowledgeable about the services, products, financing, and quality of the products that were used to improve my home. He did not talk loud, he was always respectful, and he did not push for Bo Lacey to install my roof, gutters and gutter guards. He was patient when I asked for time to consider what Bo Lacey offered. (I hate to be pushed! I will completely dismiss any salesman or company that pushes me.) He was always available when I had questions and if the question was about the site prep, the installation calendar and or times, he was always able to have the person in charge of that department call me promptly. The site manager spoke with me and visited before and after installation to ensure I was happy with the work they had provided. The crew who installed the roof and gutters were very professional, nice, and did a wonderful, quick job in my opinion. They installed my roof when it was 90°+ in the hot sun. I asked if they wanted to wait when it was cooler, but they smiled and politely declined the offer.
There is nothing with the company, their employees or the services provided that I would change. I am waiting to have the areas under my eaves and gutters replaced due to the unavailability of the color that I wanted. Maybe next year?😁
