Ho trascorso qui 3 anni indimenticabili. Vivere all’interno di uno studentato è un esperienza unica e da provare. La convivenza con i coinquilini provenienti da tutto il mondo crea delle nuove amicizie e un intreccio culturale molto interessante. Lo staff è sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Bohousing SUPER CONSIGLIATO!
Posso solo raccomandare questo soggiorno. Sono stato all'erasmus e ho soggiornato lì per 4 mesi, la residenza è perfettamente attrezzato, moderno e ci sono persone molto gentili. Cercano sempre di aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno, che si tratti di cosa mangiare o di come arrivare all'aeroporto. La proprietaria è molto carina
Hi👋🏻, my name is Bas and I lived here for one semester as an international student, I was 21 when I moved here (and turned 22). It was the best experience, lovely people, nice big room, and a common area to easily meet the other students. I also really liked the roof terrace and the garden, just to relax and study. The location is good as well, walking distance to the city center. Really felt like a home to me. If you have the opportunity, I would definitely recommend staying here!!
I've spent a couple of months at the residence and I highly recommend it. The location is excellent, the facilities are great, the rooms are in very good condition, and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. If you're looking for a place to stay for a long period in Bologna, I really recommend it 😊
Estuve en BOHOUSING by Ludis Srl durante mi Erasmus en Bolonia hace 3 años y fue una experiencia inmejorable. 🏡
La residencia es de nueva construcción, con todo moderno, funcional y muy cuidado. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el trato humano del personal: Tamara, Claudia y Raffaele fueron encantadores, siempre atentos, cercanos y súper amables. 💛
Las zonas comunes son otro gran punto fuerte:
🌳 Jardín con mesas y sillas
🏓 Mesa de ping-pong
📺 Sala de estar con televisión
🍽️ Cocinas y comedores amplios
🧺 Lavadora, secadora, plancha y tendedero
☀️ Terraza para disfrutar del buen tiempo
La ubicación es ideal: fuera del bullicio del centro pero bien conectada con la universidad mediante autobuses, y sobre todo muy práctica gracias a las bicicletas públicas, que usaba a diario. 🚲
Además, hay dos supermercados cerca, lo cual es comodísimo.
En resumen: comodidad, ambiente genial y un equipo humano que te hace sentir como en casa.
Si vas a Bolonia de Erasmus, no lo dudes: BOHOUSING puede hacer que tu experiencia sea inolvidable.

La struttura è di nuova costruzione, moderna, pulita e super funzionale. Ma la cosa che fa davvero la differenza è il personale meraviglioso: Tamara, Claudia e Raffaele sono stati sempre gentili, disponibili e accoglienti. 💛

🍽️ Cucine e sale da pranzo ampie
🧺 Lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro da stiro e stendino esterno
☀️ Terrazza perfetta per rilassarsi al sole
La posizione è tranquilla, lontana dal caos del centro ma ben collegata all’università tramite autobus. Io usavo sempre le biciclette pubbliche, comodissime per girare Bologna. 🚲
In più ci sono due supermercati vicini, davvero utili.
In sintesi: comodità, bella atmosfera e persone speciali che ti fanno sentire a casa.

The residence is newly built, with modern, functional and very well-maintained facilities. But what truly makes it stand out is the fantastic staff — Tamara, Claudia and Raffaele were always kind, welcoming and incredibly helpful. 💛
The common areas were excellent:

🍽️ Spacious kitchens and dining areas
🧺 Washing machine, dryer, iron and outdoor drying racks
☀️ A terrace to enjoy the sunshine
The location is great — away from the city chaos, but still well connected to the university by bus, and I personally used the public bikes every day to get around. 🚲
There are also two supermarkets nearby, which made daily life very easy.
In short: comfort, great community and truly exceptional people.
