Love our new solar panels! Chris and Alice came to our house, did a thorough inspection of our current solar system to see how best to optimize our solar system. They determined that we needed a few more panels to get the most coverage for our home. They made the paperwork process very easy, and the installation was also done very professionally and quickly. Can't remember the names of those who were actually on the roof doing the install, but they were very professional, friendly, and kept us informed of everything that they were doing. Very happy so far. Would definitely recommend this company.

I want to start off by saying how happy I am with some source energy. They treated my home with respect. They answered every single question and were helpful along the entire process. I want to give a special shot out to Amber and to Jared for all their extensive help in getting what I truly want out of my electric bill. They made sure I was well taken care of which is hard to come by they are the exact opposite of money, hungry and just wanna help you save. I definitely would highly recommend some source energy to anybody paying any other energy source thank you our energy.

We had one of your systems installed on my house in May 2024 and have had nothing but issues with it since. My system has not functioned at 100% since day one and every attempt to get it corrected has met with nothing but being ignored. Since the bankruptcy we have filed claims to get the system brought to the standard which was agreed upon in our contract and have again received no action or response. With our system only functioning at less than 50% of what it was designed for, we have not benefited from having it nor have we seen any value in keeping it. If anyone from Sun Source Energy reads this, I want my system brought to the agreed upon standards of performance, as provided for in my contract, or you can come and remove the system from my house, end my contract, and pay for a full roofing job to cover the damage to my shingles and roof. Not simply a repair, a roofing replacement. At your expense. This is also being reported to the Better Business Bureau.
