I have used Bockman’s for years since moving to Sycamore. They are reliable, quick, and offer fair and competitive pricing. Another outstanding benefit is their customer service and how they communicate effectively throughout the repair process. They always perform a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle and provide suggestions for future maintenance needs so I can plan ahead. My most recent repair, an alternator for my wife’s Hyundai, was “fit in” without an appointment the next day after dropping it off after hours. This was not the first time they were able to turn around an unexpected repair in short notice. I highly recommend Bockman’s for all your auto repair/maintenance needs!

Bockman’s went absolutely above and beyond for me, it left me in shock. Not only did they call Hyundai to tell me about my situation and got my car fixed for absolutely no cost through a warranty, but when I spaced out and took an uber to them instead of Hyundai to pick up my car, one of the staff members gave me a ride to Hyundai for no cost at all. They were all extremely nice to me the whole time and made me feel so welcome. I’ve never done a google review before but I just had to do one for Bockman’s. Please go here!
