They showed up on time, gave a detailed analysis on our store front, offered a competitive rate, ordered the film, and returned to complete the work in less than a week. I called to inquire about a quote after hearing positive things about the company. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was not as expected. It seemed like there was some difficulty in gathering the information for a customer call in. I understand these things happen, but it left me hesitant to move forward with the services. I hope this is an isolated incident, as I’ve heard great things about this company overall. I will add, they reached out to me following my initial reaction. they provided amazing customer service on their follow up and they will be providing us a qoute.

Anthony with Boca Boys knocked on our door, introduced himself and services, and ironically, it was three days after my HOA sent me a letter regarding the driveway and sidewalk needing to be pressure cleaned. Two days later Julio shows up at our scheduled time, introduces himself, reviews the scope of the job and gets to work. Julio was friendly, considerate of the property and a job well done. I'll call again when it's time to clean.
