I did a lot of research to find an automobile repair shop. Boca Auto Fix came up as a top-tier place during my research. They did not disappoint! Super easy to schedule appointments online, yet very easy to get the correct staff member on the phone. Great communication between the mechanics and the front office, No upselling, no overpriced parts, just genuine, amazing quality of personnel, work performance and pricing.

The check-in process was fast and very friendly.
They provided a free uber service to take me home which I really appreciated.
They called the next day with an estimate.
No one likes that part...
But they provided a clear and concise explanation of the problem which made the medicine go down easier.
Another couple of days and I got a call that it was ready.
Again, they provided an uber.

My AC was running weak and I went to Boca Auto Fix based on their positive reviews. Alissa greeted me warmly and thoroughly explained what they would be doing to diagnose the problem. They followed up with a detailed written report and recommendation. No heavy sales tactics, just the facts and they were able to get my AC functioning well. Alissa is so nice—very knowledgeable and patient when explaining everything. Their office is also cute and very clean.
Mechanics can be intimidating since you never know what to expect, but I will definitely go back for anything else I need.

They did a great job on my car. The communication is unparalleled. They will not only send you pictures but a video as well of anything that needs to be done or they found, and they ask you item by item if you want it done before doing it. Cannot recommend them any higher.
