Got windows done by Bob's Construction and the process was smooth as silk. Dennis was helpful, not pushy, and happy to answer any questions. Had to wait about 8 weeks for the windows to come in; they called, and we had the installation scheduled same week. The installation was so quick and painless, it was almost scary. My husband left for work before they arrived and was home after they were finished, and he would've never known anybody had come (except for the brand new windows). They left our house clean and even moved our queen bed back for us! Worth every penny

I am totally delighted with our experience of having Bob's Construction replace our windows, entry door and patio door on our home. I would 100% recommend them. We replaced most of our windows last year and then decided to do the entry door and front window this year. I can't say enough about the crew(s) that did the work. They were skilled, polite careful not to damage anything, made sure every detail was to our liking, and cleaned up totally after each day. When replacing the basement patio door they uncovered underlying water damage under our deck. They found the root cause (faulty flashing installation when the house was built where the deck attaches to the house) and were able to repair the damage and remedy the problem. We had some issues with the quality of a few bedroom slider windows and Dave said he would do what ever it takes to ensure we were satisfied. They came out multiple times to investigate and arranged to have the Sunrise window manufactures representative come out to evaluate the situation. They agreed to replace the sliders with casement windows and only charged me the difference in price between the two styles. It's one thing for a company to do quality work when everything goes smoothly, but you can really understand how good a company is when they stand by you when issues arise. Thank you Dave, Dennis, Roger, Conner, Casey, Trey, Ashley and all the folks that work there.

We had all our windows replaced this Fall by Bob's. They were easy to work with. If you're lucky Connor and Casey will do the installation. They work well together, are efficient and do a good job. It was very easy having them in our home. The dog loved them! The windows are great!

Now, tearing down and replacing the outer layer of a typical family home structure (plus a detached 02-car garage) is not what one would say a task for the faint of heart; and yet, this is precisely what a Rochester, MN, USA-based and well-trained-and-disciplined 02-man crew from Bob’s Construction is doing right at this very moment. Clearly, the scope and intricacies of this massive renovation project escapes quick analysis no matter how smart a critic might be; for starters, not only all the existing internal systems and components of the home have to be minded (a practically hidden power cord was inadvertently nixed leaving us without AC in the middle of summer for several days) and cautiously dealt with but there are also key external factors, such as quick/powerful storms wreaking havoc in the Midwest at a moment’s notice, which we have had our share of. But in reality, everything thus far has been going perhaps even a lot better than anticipated. The crew and I have formed a friendly relationship of sorts: For example, I might surprise them with some home-made delicacies like original Spanish omelet, exotic-source espresso coffee, mineral water, etc. Likewise, my wife Deb and I also provide limited guidance as to how we are improving the dwelling’s curb appeal by having them install new lights, door bells, a front storm door, and the like. The continuous progress and determination exhibited by this fabulous team in charge of completing this siding upgrade project will undoubtedly result in the envy of the neighborhood and is nothing short of miraculous. Clearly, their attention to every detail and exquisite work performance skills / techniques is indeed worthy of high praise. So, if any homeowner out there is looking to hire a reliable building company/contractor to carry out extensive projects such as ours or similar, feel free to give them a call and find out by yourselves how good they truly are. The same high level of work ethics and business finesse is evidenced by their sales / finance department, office staff, and overall firm management. Thank you for the great, more beautiful home you are giving us!
