What a change from service from the old Bob Jenson’s! Why did you sell?? 2 technitions who were polite but very very chatty. Checkups under the previous owner were handled professionally and took no longer than one-half hour. The current visit went on and on and on for more than an hour.

December 2, 2025 UPDATE: BIG Shout Out to Jake today. He serviced all minisplits, compressor and the air handler competently and quickly. He also looked into reprogramming the thermostat, checking all remote controls and suggested another safety device for our 220v quick disconnect.
All in all ... Jake ( like all previous technicians) provide a quality service.
ORIGINAL: We found Bob Jenson by referral from a long time neighbor. Bob Jenson's sales team designed a whole house HVAC System for our 1922 Craftsman Bungalow and their technicians installed the "Mini-split" Fujitsu system in 2017. We have continued with Bob Jenson's maintenance program and are very satisfied with the services. We recommend them to our friends.
