We needed to remove 10m2 of sand from our front verge in Floreat and replace it with a good mulch (that wouldn't blow away or fade in the sun). Ian came on a Saturday on time and understood the task required (he is a professional and I am sure has done many front verges). His price for sand removal and mulch was great. Ian arrived on time and did the job very well. I would without hesitation recommend Ian and Active Bobcat Hire. Thanks Ian.

Excellent service, excellent result! Ian came out very quickly to personally inspect our site and draw up a quote; and then a few weeks later he completed the task of removing and dumping approx. 200m2 of front lawn, delivering and spreading 10m3 of topsoil, and cleaning up thoroughly. Leach drains, septic tanks and retaining walls were never in danger , Ian very carefully worked around them. Quick, no hassle service at a very competitive price . If I need further bobcat work at any stage I won’t look elsewhere. Thanks!
