BNC came in and listened to what we wanted, then executed the plan perfectly. We have a nice refreshed deck with better structure than the original (that had failed after 15 years.) We’ll probably get them back to do some work we have in mind. Thanks BNC!

We have hired BNC (Nick & team) for a couple different jobs. Over 300’ of block retaining wall and multiple concrete staircase. Nick is a great communicator, give fair quotes, and the jobs always look great. Highly recommend.

Great work at a fair price!

Great working with the team. No cussing, honored my requests with regards to working days and hours and good workmanship. Geraldo stayed in close range to supervise progress. On the improvement side, your company isn't the cheapest and I understand that. You must get better at bidding the job. Each of my jobs by BNC ended up 1/3rd over the bid. I understand that unknowns come up but bid it as best you can. Ending up paying a third more than the bid could be seen as bidding not in good faith although I don't think that is what happened. I as the customer deserve to accept the bid with reasonable assurance it will be close, not 8000 dollars more.

Nick and his BNC team are a great crew. They are respectful of our time, noise level (and neighbor's) and clean-up at the end of each day. I've been working with Nick for 20+ years now and am extremely satisfied with all the small & large jobs he has completed for us.

Adding to my review below... Still 5 stars! 2024 - I needed some roof repairs and once again used BNC. Nick and Gerardo and the roofing workers were excellent. They replaced damaged sheets of plywood and starter board. Installed two layers of paper, new flashings, and asphalt shingles because of the solar panels on that portion of the roof. _______ 2020 - BNC is fantastic. I needed the fascia boards on my roof replaced and called BNC because they were doing work for one of my neighbors. Nick helped me identify some other areas on my roof that needed repair and provided very competitive rates to do the work. Ignoring problems is not good, and I appreciated him telling me about areas that needed attention. I was so impressed with his eye for detail, that also I had him repaint my house and install new gutters. Nick, his dad Gerardo, and all of the workers were exceptional. They attended to the smallest of details, even removing and repainting the numbers on my house. All of the crews did quality work, showed up on time, completed everything on schedule, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

BNC Builders is by far the best contractor to work with in all of San Diego! They have completely remodeled two homes for me and I couldn't be more impressed and satisfied. Nick, Gerardo and Chris and their entire team are extremely professional and trustworthy. They are always on time and do such an amazing job staying clean and organized. Their finish work is absolutely spectacular! Their entire team is so talented at what they do and they are such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Nick for any job and plan to use him for years to come.

Our new patio and balcony are so beautiful! I am so thankful for Nic, Gerardo & all the BNC team for creating such a wonderful space for us to relax in and share with our family and friends. Everything is perfect and all the team are so talented and kind.
