☺Volledig ingericht en luxe appartement met kleine patio in een buitenwijk van Rome. 20 minuten rijden van Villa Adriana en Tivoli ons doel van deze stop. Contact met host alleen via WhatsApp, maar dat werkte prima.
☹Appartment in blok. Enigszins gehorig en blaffende honden (niet continu) op de patio naast ons. Gelukkig was het savonds al bijtijds stil, dus rustige nacht.

Expérience très réussie au sein de la jolie maison de Luigi qui est un hôte très attentionné!
☺Chaque détail de la maison de Luigi est pensé pour faire de notre séjour une réussite: cuisine très bien équipée, maison très confortable, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, et disposant de beaux espaces de vie avec notamment une belle et grande chambre, deux jolies salles de bain sans oublier la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. avec qui la communication est un plaisir. La maison se trouve au sein d'un quartier résidentiel très calme, facile d'accès et très pratique pour voyager avec une voiture: le stationnement est facile. De plus, La maison dispose d'une terrasse très appréciée pour un petit déjeuner en extérieur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Rome!

☹The Property did not have a kettle to boil water to make Tea.
There was a dog nearby that barked a lot overnight which disturbed our sleep.

I am very sorry for the dog's inconvenience, as you can well understand, it cannot be managed by the Host, especially if not notified. As for the tea kettle, actually there were both a coffee machine and a boiler kettle, but the latter was inside the cupboard. It was my oversight not exposing it at the time of your arrival. However, I will take advantage of this review to pay more attention in the future.

☺Добре оснащені апартаменти, є все необхідне для відпочинку. 20 хвилин до Риму на авто, або 40 хвилин до моря на пляж. Власне паркомісце.
☹З двох боків сусіди з собаками, але нам вони не заважали, тільки коли ми приходили чи шли, тоді вони трішки лаяли. Це не окрема вілла, а апартаменти серед інших будинків із спільним входом та невеличкою терасою на вулиці. Паркінг на загальній території, не зовсім поруч з помешканням. Ми розраховували саме на окремий будинок або віллу. Але все одно гарне помешкання.

☺ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house with my family, and it exceeded all my expectations. The property was immaculate, with clean and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was perfect for preparing meals during our stay. We had everything we needed at our fingertips.
One of the added conveniences was the nearby supermarket, which made grocery shopping quick and easy. Another highlight was the location—just a short drive of about an hour to Rome, allowing us to explore the city without the hassle of staying in the busy city center.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the host’s attention to detail. They were in contact with us every day, checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Their warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome.
This was by far the best stay we’ve had, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be returning next time we’re in town!

çok guzel bir konaklama
☺Villamiz genis ve cok temizdi, eksik hiç bir sey yoktu. Ev sahibi Luigi bizler ile cok yakindan ilgilendi. Araba ile ulasmak daha kolay ( 3-4 km uzakliktaki rebibbia metro istasyonuna arabayi birakip metro ile roma'ya gittik, ve 1_2 km uzaklikta carrefour'dan alis veris yaptik). Bizi en cok sasirtan ve sevindiren evdeki ikramlardi ( taze meyveler, kruasan, kek, icecek, sarap , bira , cikolata) . evin terasinda kahve icmek keyifliydi. internet iyi cekiyor ve ozel otoparki var
☹Birinci oda bodrum katta ve ve dar merdivenlerden iniliyor ve tuvalet ve banyo icin ust kata cikmak gerekiyor. Komsularin kopekleri erken saatte havlamaya basliyor. Su isiticisi yoktu ( ama kahve makinasi ile idare ettik )
