I've used Oliver for my last two moves and cannot recommend him enough. He's personable, diligent, and very proactive in ensuring that he gets the best possible outcome for his clients.

The best mortgage company I have come across . The first mortgage I took and the re mortgage I had previously performed with other advisors/mortgage company's I have to say wasn't a pleasant experience but this time around using Clemintine palmer at bright money independent it was a complete breeze she informed me and gave me some real good advice very informative and she really did go that extra mile with her customer service to adapt her services to my needs and held my hand throughout the process and it was a fast and efficient turn, I honestly can't recommend clemintine enough thank you so much.

I used them for a recent property purchase. All the staff (Darren et al) I talked to really knew their stuff. Plus, there was no selling pressure and I was left at peace to make my own buying decisions.

Received a great service from Clementine and Nicki here. They were quick to respond to any queries, including some emails I sent in the evening, and knowledgeable about what mortgages would be suitable for our circumstances. In the end they managed to get us a great mortgage offer and would highly recommend them.

I initially worked with Darren in 2021 for my mortgage, and the process went smoothly. That positive experience led me to return in 2025 for a product transfer and a further advance.
While the product transfer was eventually completed, my experience with the further advance was extremely disappointing. Despite repeated follow-ups and Darren’s assurance that things were progressing, two months passed with no real update or action. Out of concern, I contacted the lender directly, only to find out that the further advance application hadn’t even been submitted.
The lack of action and poor communication caused significant delays, unnecessary stress, and ultimately led me to lose trust in the service. This was a time-sensitive and important financial matter, and it wasn’t handled with the care or attention it required.
I've since moved on to another broker who is far more responsive and proactive.
I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.
