We spent a couple days here when going between Toronto and Montreal which was convenient and there are some nice things to do in the area. The unit is clean and spacious, everything worked well. You’ll need to coordinate with the owner for check in to get the keys. For some reason the air conditioning was not turned on at this time so it was a bit hot for sleeping and when you open the windows traffic can be loud. So I would confirm with the host regarding climate control.

Kim and Zubin’s place is absolutely stunning. The restoration of this loft is beautiful and the attention to detail was incredible. This is a hidden gem in the midst of quiet Belville and it’s a great gateway to Prince Edward County. Kim and Zubin were great hosts and communication was easy and Kim responded immediately. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful loft.

Kim and Zubin were great hosts. The place is absolutely gorgeous, very high quality and super clean and easy. Kim and Zubin were very responsive, greeted us at the arrival and explained everything in detail and quickly solved any issue. They made good recommendations, even filled the fridge for us at arrival and lent us their summer pass for the parks. Amazing people and amazing place, absolutely recommended.

Such a lovely experience!!My partner and I had such a special time at this airbnb. Kim went above and beyond sharing the details of the home, architectural features and also local recomendations. This was one of the nicest air bnbs we have ever stayed in! Not only was it extremely clean, the apartment was unique and filled with gorgeous one of a kind antiquities. Definitely a must see! Every single room in this apartment was elevated and provided excellent comfort. Staying here was an absolute pleasure. It was a safe haven, but also made us feel like we had been transported into a timeless, modern oasis. Kim was very kind, helpful and provided clear instructions for our stay. If ever in Belleville again, we will definitely be staying here! Thank you again Kim!

Kim and Zubin were terrific hosts. We came for a short getaway golf trip and staying downtown Belleville was perfect as it was close to all of the courses we wanted to play. The place is spotless. For overnight parking, as we had four cars, there is a lot behind you can park at. It’s free overnight on weekends although I got a ticket as parked in the wrong spot - it wasn’t that clearly marked. I would certainly recommend this place. Thank you.

The space itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a week long stay. The location was perfect and in walking distance of local restaurants for dinner. Kim’s place is spectacular! It exceeded our expectations - the photos online don’t do it justice, it’s more spacious and beautiful in person. The attention to detail and craftsmanship Zubin put into restoring this heritage building was awe-inspiring. The place feels like a high-end, luxury hotel. The kitchen is huge! The sunroom is a bonus, the outdoor patio is a lot larger than we expected and seeing the river from inside & outside was calming. We slept well and had a great 2 night stay. We highly recommend!

Great Hosts and a Great Space. I won’t be staying anywhere else when I’m back in town this summer. Simply a step above all commercial spaces available to rent for a weekend stay or executive function. This is the spot!
