Blue Umbrella Waterproofing did an excellent job on my basement. They installed sump pumps and handled the waterproofing efficiently and professionally. The quality of work was solid, and everything was done as promised. A special shoutout to José and his crew — they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They did a wonderful job on the installation of a interior drain and sump pump replacement. It's been working great! Nelson was our basement inspector, explained every step in detail, and kept us up-to-date throughout and was very responsive. The day of the installation went smoothly, they arrived and finished right on time and cleaned the whole area neatly after they were done. A very high-quality job, I'm happy I went with this company.

Redid our entire house, never gave our damp basement a thought. Decided to get a few estimates to dry the basement out. Blue Umbrella came and explained why other options weren’t really viable, but temporary “fixes” which would eventually fail. Either way, the temporary “fixes” were just as much as Blue Umbrella, some more…. Had them put in a French Drain today….. they aren’t even done, but so great, I had to give a review now….. neat, clean, smart…. Unbelievable. If I could give them 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat….. this is your waterproofing company… you got any doubts, find me and I’ll show you their craftsmanship… not work, but craftsmanship……. Absolute perfection…..

Those temporary fixes cost about the same and you end up calling someone like us anyway a couple years later. Really glad you went with the French drain, and glad the crew's doing you right. My experience with Blue Umbrella for French drains, sump pump, and backup battery was excellent. Tony explained the options in the initial visit without any pressure, and he responded instantly to all of my texts throughout the job and answered all my questions. Jose and his team were professional, competent, and polite, and did a great cleanup at the end of the job. I then followed up with Blue Umbrella to address a basement wall with a growing horizontal crack. Tony again coordinated, and Jose and Hernan did an excellent job sealing cracks and applying carbon fiber strips to strengthen the wall. They did a great cleanup again. This sort of home project can cause the homeowner anxiety and doubt, but Tony and his crew gave me confidence that I had made the right choice with this company. I would certainly recommend them.

Kevin from Blue Umbrella came to our house today to give an estimate. He evaluated both the situations and took his time to explain to to me why the work was not needed, I really appreciated his time and feedback. Even though the conclusion was that we probably need a plumber and roofing guys instead, I will be sure to call Blue Umbrella anytime there's an issue requiring French drains/sump pumps, etc.

Blue umbrella waterproofing is a top notch company. They are very efficient and have very good and honest trustworthy employee's that work for them. There sales team are not pushy and very informative. They make you feel very comfortable when making a decision to trust your home with them. In my recent experience the team came out and got right to work and within a couple of hours the job was already almost completed. We ran into a small snag that was unavoidable due to the age of my home and the team at blue umbrella reacted extremely fast and had a solution in place. Repairs were same day and they did not leave until the work was to my satisfaction which hands down was an added plus. The manager came out to make sure everything was done correctly and work area was cleaned extra good. The staff is very personable and friendly. By far the best home improvement job that I have had in a very long time. Every thing they said they were going to do was done to exactly how they said it was going to be. Another good part about this company is that if you should ever need additional work or to add on to the service you had install they make it very easy to have that completed. I highly recommend blue umbrella as your next waterproofing specialist to get things done the right way.

I was very impressed by my experience with Blue Umbrella Waterproofing from start to finish. After years of dreading every heavy rainstorm, I finally reached out after a recent streak of rain because water had been infiltrating parts of my basement. I did my research on basement waterproofing and Blue Umbrella was the top contender. They were not only transparent with all aspects of the project, but also extremely passionate about the service they are able to provide concerned homeowners when it comes to water issues. Tony C. was diligent and responsive at all points of the process, easing my concerns and educating me on the solution they were implementing (full perimeter drainage system and a new sump pump with a battery backup). He scheduled me for the project in less than a week’s time, came on-site with the crew the morning of, and checked in both during and after the construction. The crew themselves were very professional, clean, and thorough with their work. I can’t believe all they were able to accomplish in just a single day’s work! It’s a messy job by nature, but they were incredibly respectful of my home. Steve, the owner, checked in the following morning to address any concerns I may have had. He offered advice and availability for handling any future concerns.
