Disappointed with the sofa cleaning service I received today. The initial price was $119, which I agreed to. During the visit, the technician recommended a $60 antibacterial enzyme treatment, which I accepted. He also charged $20 extra to clean the inner storage compartment, which I was completely fine with.
However, after they finished, they left the inside of the sofa looking like this — full of debris and clearly not cleaned at all. Charging extra for the compartment and then leaving it dirty is extremely frustrating and feels careless and unprofessional.
I don’t mind paying for add-ons or additional services, but if I’m being charged for something, I expect it to actually be cleaned. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Juan was professional. Arrived in a timely manner. Only drawback I had was a stain on my ottoman after cleaning was done. Couches were fine, ottoman not so much. Juan came back the following day to fix the issue at no charge. Unfortunately I have to replace my ottoman due to stain not coming out.

We needed our couch and rug cleaned after our toddler had a stomach bug and threw up all over them, multiple times. We decided on this company because of their communication, transparency, and fair rate. There were no hidden fees, everything was charged as described. Juan was assigned to us and was professional and respectful of property. He drove 1 hour just to clean our couch + rug for 1 hour, then had to drive right back. Even so, not a word of complaint, was professional and courteous throughout, and did a thorough job. Needless to say, our couch and rug are now spotless and no more vomit smell! Highly recommended.

If I could pick more than 3 qualities I would. I've gotten my couch cleaned before and I was charged extra for living above the second floor. But here, I was told a flat price, guy came out on time and cleaned my cleaned my couch in 40-45 minutes and it looks brand new. Definitely reccomend

The team arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a bit unexpected, and the final quote after inspection was higher than what I initially anticipated. That said, they were polite and completed the cleaning efficiently, leaving the carpets looking refreshed. Overall, the results were good, though clearer communication about timing and pricing upfront would have made the experience smoother.
Everything was great! He was on time. He was polite, professional and did a wonderful job. Text me to let me know he was on their way. Awesome service. I’m a returning customer.
