I spoke to six firms prior to choosing Chris. His communication and conduct was spot on - clear, transparent and easy to understand. The survey was conducted thoroughly, but with tact and understanding. His report was very detailed and provided all the advice I needed to re-negotiate with the vendor I was buying from. He also went above and beyond through assisting us in obtaining some removal quotes from other contractors.
I would thoroughly recommend and use again.
Asbestos sampling and testing
Chris was immediately responsive to my request, and able to give a price up front for the works required. After a conversation to explain the scope of the work, we booked in Chris for the following week. He arrived on time, was able to take the samples required and send them out for testing very quickly. Whilst the invoice was issued after the samples taken but before the results given, they were turned around in two working days and Chris offered to talk through the results if required. If I needed to, I would absolutely use Chris again.

I was really worried that we'd inadvertently sanded a floor covered in a coating containing asbestos in it. Chris was very reassuring and took a sample the next day. The results came back quickly (same day!) and were thankfully negative. Really reasonable price for peace of mind. Couldn't recommend him more highly!
