Mr. Sanjay and his team at Blue Star Air Conditioning are great! Mr. Sanjay worked with me directly to discuss HVAC system options. He understands how to make sure you get a quality system that fits in your budget. The installation team (Xavier and Dante) were extremely professional and answered any and all questions I had. They did a great job removing a 20 year old HVAC system and replacing it with all new components.
I do recommend Mr. Sanjay's team at Blue Star Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC needs and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Was able to interact with the owner and everyone was very professional and able to install in a period of 6 hours. Both air condition and air handler. Staff were very accommodating
They cleaned up thoroughly after completing. Excellent service. The outside temperature hit 92. And we are now happy that we have an excellent contact to look after our cooling issues. Thanks Sanjay and staff

This review may appear synonymous with all of the other Five-Star reviews and it should. This review may also appear to be a paid review and I asure you it is not. I am a bona fide customer of Blue Star Air Conditioning, LLC.
A new HVAC system is an expensive endeavor, so please do the initial research so that you will have an understanding of the system needs for your home.
After meeting with four contractors, two of which sold Trane systems, I met with Sanjay the owner of Blue Star Air Conditioning, LLC. To say that I was pleasantly surprised with his demeanor and professionalism would be an understatement. I shared with him the system that I would like to have and I listened to his recommendations. He was able to put together a system that exceeded my expectations at a fair price. Our communication via phone calls and text has been extremely fast.
On installation day, his technicians Eddie and Willie arrived on time and did a phenomenal installation.
I am a difficult individual to impress, but I was completely impressed by the level of detailed workmanship that these two professionals performed. They both took personal pride in their craftsmanship and that in itself is extremely rare.
When the installation was complete, all of the old material and equipment was hauled away and the work area cleaned.
This was by far the best experience that I've had with any contractor, ever.
FYI: If affordable, consider the 10-year Extended LABOR Warranty. 99% of the BBB complaints of any new HVAC repair is the labor cost.

We have purchased two Trane heat pumps and air handlers for our multistory home about one year apart and had a great buying and installation experiences both times with Sanjay Patange and his crew. They even installed a temporary air handler downstairs at no extra charge to us until the new unit came in and they could schedule the installation.
Blue Star honors warranties and responded very quickly to the problems we have had with our upstairs air handler. While Iâm not happy about the reliability of the upstairs multi speed Trane air handler itself, I am very happy with the response from Blue Star. I texted Sanjay over a weekend when our AC stopped working and asked him to please call the next business day. He promptly phoned on Monday morning and Hayden showed up by mid morning on the same day. Hayden was very polite, efficient, and kept us updated on the diagnosis progress. By 3:00pm our air handler was fixed. We really appreciate their great customer service. Fortunately everything was still under warranty and we are hoping that we wonât have any more issues with the upstairs air handler.
Sanjay and the technicians that we have interacted with at Blue Star have been outstanding, provide excellent customer service and communication and you can trust them to do a great job and honor warranties. We definitely recommend Blue Star without hesitation and will continue to use them in the future.

I interviewed 6 different A/C companies, offering 6 different A/C systems. Honestly, it wasnât even really close. Blue Star Air Conditioning won hands down. After doing my research on the companies and their units, It really came down between Trane and Carrier. After getting the estimates from each of the companies, it wasnât even close, Blue Star & their Trane unit won on every levelâŠ.price, system, installation, professionalismâŠ.incredible!
