Anna at Blue Ribbon was awesome. I ordered an inspection on a septic system for a house i was in escrow on. Unfortunately the septic system failed but Anna was really great at explaining exactly what was going on and why it failed. She explained it in a way I could understand not ever previously having a septic system. She even referred a company who does repairs and that company was also awesome. Will definitely hire again in the future.

Blue Ribbon Septic Service was excellent from start to finish. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon, right after New Year's (January 2), due to back-up issues at my home. Brandon took my call and was patient and professional. He clearly explained the possible causes of the problem and outlined how they would approach the work, which immediately gave me confidence in their process.
Deandre arrived the following Monday at 8:00 a.m., exactly as promised, and called ahead to confirm the appointment. He walked me through the work step by step while pumping the septic tanks and took the time to explain what he was seeing. Both Brandon and Deandre were very knowledgeable, and Deandre also provided practical, thoughtful suggestions on how to improve my septic system going forward.
The service was professional, timely, and thorough. I would absolutely do business with Blue Ribbon Septic Service again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Tech showed up right on time. Very personable and was efficient in backing in to the accessible area. Process went as quickly as expected and the job appears to have been done very well. The only reason it is 4 versus 5 stars is that the replacement of the turf might have been a bit better and smoother when finished. However I would definitely use Blue Ribbon again.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Blue Ribbon! Ryan arrived within 45 minutes from my phone call. He worked hard digging by hand to access our septic tank's old concrete lids. He then was able to remove those heavy lids by himself, which was a task in itself! Then he quickly got to work pumping out our tank. We were impressed with his hard work and timeliness in completing the job. I recommend Blue Ribbon for septic tank pumping.
