I took one star off because the first technician who came out did not have the uv light for our system and knew nothing about installing one. Every October we have the light replaced and we always remind them when we make the appointment. This is the third year in a row this has happened.

Absolutely avoid this company especially fishersville location. The technicians were untrustworthy, and the management was worse. On top of that their prices are 50 to 100% higher than other plumbers. However, the main concern I had was that they attempted to cheat me out of work they were supposed to do. Also note I posted a query about them on next door Fishersville, received 22 responses, all negative or recommending another plumber. The gist is they used to be good years ago but are very unreliable now.
Absolutely most backward customer service and expertise. We paid $7k to have extensive work done. The pressure tank they installed was faulty and put undo wear and tear on my well pump and caused me to spend countless hours researching and hiring another plumber to diagnose the issue and hold them accountable. They do not care about a good experience until you threaten legal action. Use another company. Do not do business with Blue Mountain.

I had major problem with A/C unit late at night. Blue Mountain sent someone out the next morning to evaluate the problem, quote a price for new unit and answer all my questions which were many. Cesar was so very helpful and went over everything taking his time to double check things and go over all my questions.
That's why I would recommend Blue Mountain!

Called for a quote to replace gas logs in a fireplace. I was charged $129 for them to come spend less than 10 minutes to give me a quote. They then proceeded to tell me that the service would cost $1199! This is a job that would take less than 2 hours. They told me that they would refund the quote visit if I chose to use them. Of course they would, because their price is completely outrageous. I called a different company that came the next day for FREE, and quoted me $200 - $300, which is what it should cost. You'd have to be completely desperate or clueless to pay their ridiculous prices. Fool me once...
