Me and my Guide Dog (Dessi) have been a customer of Blue Diamond Transfers since 2023 and have always had positive experiences with them. We have used their services in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, it has always been totally seamless, and we cannot fault them.
We want to share an experience where they have gone above and beyond. In March this year, we were travelling from Melbourne to the Gold Coast via Brisbane with our family. We picked up a hire car, but unfortunately we left Dessi’s harness in the office of the hire car place at the airport! We got in touch with Blue Diamond Transfers to see if they could assist in any way.
Luckily, a driver just happened to be at the Brisbane Airport at this time and was able to collect the harness for us, and delivered it all the way to the Gold Coast immediately. We were incredibly relieved that Blue Diamond Transfers were able to solve our problem so efficiently, as Dessi’s harness is such a vital piece of equipment for us as a working team. We are grateful for their assistance, professionalism, and their can-do attitude!

I have been astounded with the incredible service from Dale at Blue Diamond Transfers. My father needed a non urgent medical transfer from hospital to the airport today with the threat of the cyclone hitting Brisbane. Dale rang me every day this week in the lead up to today to check for updates and discuss contingency plans in case the flight got cancelled. After having spent time in two hospitals over the last two weeks in Queensland they could learn a lot from Dale and his attitude to customer service. I felt he went above and beyond what any transfer company would do and can not give enough stars. Thank you Dale and I hope you and your staff remain safe in the coming days on the cyclone.
