Great communication from Chase in advance so I felt very prepared for the team's arrival. The actual time for everything was very close to the quoted estimate and they were very responsive to our requests. The team was professional and hard working. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The second time I hired Blue Cow, I ran into some issues discovered after posting my review.
I was told that they were “uncomfortable” moving a dresser upstairs. They said it wouldn’t fit. They said it was because of the ceiling in my stairway.
I checked around with my realtors as well as a few others to see if they’ve run into this before. I also checked in with someone that could remove the railing/spindles if needed.
I then called another moving company after 4:30pm on a Friday (2 Men and a Truck). They sent 2 guys out on Saturday morning, and the entire move took 6 minutes from start to finish. They, as well as the others I consulted, could not understand why the dresser wasn’t moved the prior day by Blue Cow.
The only explanation I’ve received is that they weren’t “comfortable” moving it.
I don’t appreciate that my move was halted prior to being finished (and a large piece of furniture was just left on its side in my living room) and I don’t appreciate that I had to pay a second company to come in and complete the job.
I’ve also discovered that Blue Cow piled up a wall of boxes and didn’t leave a walkway on both the finished and unfinished parts of my basement (as well as leaving plastic down the stairs and through the room).
I brought this up to Chase, the moving coordinator, and was only told that they were uncomfortable moving the dresser and that they placed the boxes in the “best available areas” - despite the fact that I had specifically told them to leave a walkway in both rooms.
My first move with Blue Cow went great (which is why I booked them again). The second move, not so much.
I will not be using them going forward.
I’ve used these guys twice this year, and I’ll use them for any moving needs in the future. They’re fast, thorough and careful. The floors (carpet) were protected from the snow and all the furniture was wrapped as well. They also honor their estimate, so you aren’t surprised by a larger than expected bill. Blue Cow Moving is the best!!!
