Very fast response to my request. Matt explained their pricing, made suggestions and answered my questions. He called me later that day to schedule. He texted me before arriving, we viewed the lawn together, he marked our sprinklers and got it done. He answered more questions about aftercare and I paid. It was so easy and he did a great job efficiently and completely. He did not oversell me and he educated me. From request to completion was a matter of days. I recommend using Bluebonnet Aeration. It is straightforward and done right.
