Did a wonderful job eliminating bubbles in our carpets. Above and beyond expectations when moving furniture so he could access problem areas. He even fixed a problem on our bed that had nothing to do with the carpet. Very hard worker. Highly recommend.

Very responsive and got me on their schedule within a couple days! Jared did an amazing job patching some carpet that our cat had torn up , even matching the pattern in our low pile carpet. I didn’t think it could be done but now you can’t even tell it was worked on! Very happy and highly recommend!

My requested service was carpet stretching and they delivered! Jared came out and was like an artist when stretching out my crappily laid CBH carpet. He came out and was very professional and quick. Pricing was VERY reasonable as well! I will be using his/they're services again to touch up on some rooms as my carpet so bad, he was not able to add the extra room I needed.

We had our windows cleaned. I thought we were going to have to replace some of them because I could never get them clean. They look like new. Great service and very friendly technician.

Brian, Jared and Ryan were great to work with. The rental property maintenance services we received from your team were outstanding. House looks NEW. ²All stains and pet odors came out of carpets. Oak floors buffed out light pet scratches nicely. This was the second time you have provided me with excellent move in cleaning services. Garage floor steam cleaning really made a difference as well.

Jared looked over the entire carpeted areas and advised which needed repair and areas not needing repair. He finished promptly, moved the furniture back into place and left the carpet cleaner than when he arrived. Would recommend using.

Alan was prompt, completed the repair in about one hour. I was not pleased with the invoice for $250 for "one unit" . I will pay the invoice, but will likely not use this service again due to what seemed to be a very high cost for the time involved to complete a minor repair.

I would absolutely recommend Blue Bird! I had them clean some area rugs, they cleaned out my dryer vents and did the windows and everything was top notch! They even helped me when my laundry room unexpectedly flooded! Brian got under my house and pumped out the water like a hero, and Jared rushed over with a dryer and dehumidifier! Totally saved the day and a just fantastic bunch of guys! Highly reccommend!
