I arrived in America in 2013 with an 18-month-old Yorkshire fur baby, facing language barriers and concerns about my baby. Alejandra took care of everything (@atBanfieldHospital) without me asking for a favor. She always gives us the plus and everything that she’s been doing. I cannot be more grateful to have her since then, generous empathy is just a few of the adjectives for her attitude + KNOWLEDGE our Life took a lot of routes through this time just because she’s an exceptional Human being.

If you’re looking for someone who is kind, compassionate, and truly professional, Alejandra is an absolute gem. She was recommended to me by a mutual friend when I needed in-home care for my pitbull after an unexpected trip back to Minnesota. From the very beginning, Alejandra was incredibly friendly and stayed in constant communication, sending daily updates and the cutest photos of my goofy boy that always made me smile. Knowing he was happy, well cared for, and loved made such a stressful situation so much easier for me. I can’t thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave me—thank you, Alejandra! You can genuinely feel her love for animals in the way she cared for my dog, Kyani, she was gentle, patient, and attentive, making what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and reassuring. Beyond her incredible care for Kyani, Alejandra also supported and guided me through my VA position with kindness, encouragement, and understanding, which meant more to me than she probably realizes. An amazing service for pet owners who want an experienced, trained professional to care for their fur babies! We booked Stefanie to check-in on our Frenchie Emma, a day after having minor surgery, to do a wellness check and make sure her stitches were doing ok. The convenience of having a credentialed vet tech do a house call is a game changer for us! Especially since last minute vet appointments are virtually impossible unless it's an emergency. Will definitely utilize these services in the future!
