From the administrative staff at the front desk to the aides and treatment providers, everyone here is wonderful. In a time where customer/ patient services are often rushed or minimal, everyone at Block goes the extra mile. It is also one of the few places I have been where the owner of the business is not only hands on treating patients, but makes sure to know each patient case and assist with their treatment. They are always friendly and personable- when you have treatment 4 days a week for over a year, they make it easy to want to go to your appointments. They are also incredibly flexible- They do all they can to accommodate your schedule and do their best to work with you if you have last minute things come up. While no one wants to need physical therapy or chiropractic care, if you need it, this is the best place to be.
