Causes severe skin abrasions
I first use this product on my arms and had no issues. I did use it dry on my arms.I then used it on my legs in the shower and did not realize that I was rubbing my skin raw until I got out of the shower and this is the results. It is very painful and I have first-degree abrasions. I do not recommend this product if you have super sensitive skin.

This is not at all the same product offered on Bleame.com and it doesn’t even compare really. The light purple one from Bleame.com works! This one didn’t glide well and wasn’t worth the effort.

This product works in very precise conditions: hair less than 1/8 inch and on fine hair. I couldn’t get it to work on any part of my leg that wasn’t flat.

The product works but it is not a gentle as the name brand Bleame from the original website. I highly recommend the original product, not this version. I’d compare it to the more rough side of a nail file (this version) to an even more smooth and effective product (original version).This is a less effective and gentle version of the new one.

There will be a lot of dead skin the first time it’s used. Sad that it can’t be used for underarms.
This company is unprofessional and a scam. I was disheartened to find out that after paying for a $40 product that ended up not working for me, all this company had to say was make sure you follow the instructions as provided and we cant refund you if the product was used. How on Earth can I see the results and test the product without actually using it! And nowhere when you purchase this item does it reflect such a strict return policy, it says 30 day trial and return window. This company needs to be shut down for selling cheap hair removal products. They are just in this business to make bank off of women (and men alike) desperate to find real solutions in the marketplace. The way BLEAME handled their customer satisfaction and returns is unethical and not up to the standards they try to portray through social media. BBB please help us consumers find justice & hold them accountable!!! I saved up to finally purchase this at a time where I was scraping by with a part time to find out they could care less about our actual well-being and product feedback. Its a money grab to them, they should not be in business

Not as good as it claims
I was hopeful but using it did not perform the way I hoped. I had to rub so hard on my arms and legs it made my skin hurt and did not remove all my hair… I had to go back and use a razor. Now it did exfoliate my skin but hair removal find another method! Also not one crystal… it’s metal!

This product is is a big no way for me. It’s like rubbing razor blades on your skin. Ended up getting bad irritation on my chest from one use. Threw it away knowing I’ll never want this thing near my skin again. No thanks.

You have to press hard for coarse hair
It does work. I have very very thick hair and you have to press down hard and go in circles and up and down in all directions. For the price, it’s great and I’m sure if you have finer hair it may work quicker but for me I have to do it 2-3 times and rinse often.
