Full disclosure: this was not an activity that I sought out; we are traveling with a large group & this was chosen by another family so we booked it without knowing much about it.
Confirmation said arrive at 4:45, which we do, then are greeted by a closed gate with a sign that says the gates don’t open until 5. Who wants to stand around and wait?! We are seated at the same table as our group, but the table is the only assignment, so our large party is broken up by smaller parties since the tables seat 12. The owners of the ranch make announcements before the let you in the dinner hall, after they let you in the dinner hall, again before the show…. You could shave off an hour with concise announcements.
The show was parody/slapstick style, and poorly done at that. The speaker on the right sounded blown which was incredibly distracting and speaks for the quality of the overall show. The food was literally cafeteria style-wait in line & get a tray of food. One pitcher of each water, lemonade & iced tea for each table of 12. No refills & serve yourself.
For a 200+ person venue, I didn’t expect individual service; but cafeteria style does NOT warrant the price of the tickets.
Our group enjoyed the few included pre-dinner activities (bull riding, shooting, museum & fire pits), which is why we went with a 2 star rating.
Overall: it was overpriced ($75 per adult & $50 per child), unnecessarily drawn out, and low quality.

This was a great experience and an unexpected stop for cottonwood. So, you start with drinks at their western theme town. Stop in and make yourself a cowboy hat, then do some ax throwing. A little target shooting and another drink before riding the mechanical bull. Then the escape room, some shopping or lawn games. We sat by an outside fire, and then had dinner. Great food. Chicken, ribs, mashed potatoes, homemade Mac and cheese. It was fantastic. Then, the country western concert, with some great comedy thrown in. It really was a great evening of fun. Highly recommend you go, but make reservations!!
Great family-oriented ranch town, dinner and musical show. Super friendly staff and performers. The whole works - hayride included!

The first time I’ve thought this about an event, but for the price of this event, the customer gets the the better deal! There are activities for everyone, food is great, and the “western show” was good, ol’ fashioned, family oriented fun! I don’t want to spoil it for anyone, but somehow they perfectly blended the ingredients of great bad jokes with sprinkles of corny, a few slices of cheese, tossed in a few comical impersonations, and finished it off with a musical cherry on top. The result? FUN! I would do it again. We chose the VIP package and I feel like we owe them money. They ain’t getting it, but they absolutely deserve it. Awesome experience and something you must do!

Something fun to do near Sedona, we booked this on a whim and really glad we did. About a 30 mins drive but very much worth it. Lots of fun and games - the prickly pear margaritas and the little escape room were our favourites. We booked the 5pm slot and there was about 90 mins to enjoy before dinner and the show. Hugely entertaining. The staff there were excellent. We were a little disappointed as they forgot to give us our photos which we had paid for with our VIP upgrade but given the effort put in couldn't take away a star. Really fun!
Just celebrated our marriage at the Blazing M Ranch
It was the most amazing and fun experience we could have ever wished for.
The food was Wonderful and the show was outstanding
The owner’s ,Ryan and Leila even brought us on stage to honor and celebrate our marriage.
This place and the entire staff is first class all the way
We recommend this place for the whole family and can’t wait to go back again.

We went to go the tribute to Toby Keith and we had the BEST time. And then we saw the the group called the Voyager that sang Journey song omg that was Awesome. Everyone enjoyed themself and we all sang along. Cant wait to go see Elvis on may 19 and then in November we are already book to see the Tribute to see the Eagles. Keep getting these great bands we will be going to the Blazing M Ranch a lot. Thank you for great food and the entertainment❤️❤️❤️
