Disappointing ordering experience for DTF prints. Their website and processes just weren’t seamless

Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review, we are quite disappointed to have received a 1 star review from you and we are sorry that you were unable to use our complimentary DTF gang sheet builder.
We reached out to you on your personal WA before replying to the review as a personal gesture and not as harassment. You initiated contact first from your personal number and this is the number we have on file for you, for an order placed from Roasted Bru.
As stated on WA you do not care about our customers, which we completely understand but we were merely explaining that the gang sheet builder is being used and is functional.
You placed an order for DTF with the option of “print gang sheet as is - image quality will not be checked”, however we did check and advised that your gang sheet was incorrect, instead of just printing, shipping off and then falling back on T’s & C’s. We even asked you if you have design software and you answered “No”. We were willing to explain to you how to setup and save a gang sheet on whichever software you may have. You opted for a refund as you were frustrated, and we initiated the refund with Payfast within 4 minutes of your request with no objections as we did not want to fuel your frustrations.
In our opinion, we believe your 1 star review was excessive and harsh, which makes me wonder why it was given.
We offer this free gang sheet builder to our novice DTF customers, like yourself, that need help creating gang sheets. It has proven very useful to many start up and smaller business customers of ours in the last 9-10 months. Especially because smaller customers can benefit from bulk rates. We also offer a stress free optional service for us to clean your images and build your gang sheet for you.
You have every right to your view, at no point did we ask you to retract, erase or adjust your review. We realise that we cannot be everyone's cup of coffee!

Blank Media delivered above and beyond my expectation. Firstly, the prices are so affordable in a market where a quality and reliable service is hard to come find. Their order system is so easy and the instructions are clear. The after sales communication is reassuring and the delivery is almost at the speed of lightening. They are quick, and the quality is amazing. I ordered 20 branded flash drives from them. They did not disappoint. They are welcoming too. I went to collect in person, and they were kind to me! They also keep you updated about the progress of your order. Will definitely use their services again in the future.
These guys are the best, being new to sublimation and the printing business I tried everything just could not come right I emailed various including Cape Town DTF companies and BLANK MEDIA was the ONLY one that got back to me, they also guided me step for step with the right sizing ect answered every single question I had even when I thought I was being irritating they never hesitated to help.
Ordered my DTF and got it within 3 day's I could not be happier I will recommend them to anyone

Ordering and the communication was swiftly done and received my package with no problems. The USBs were greatly packaged and printed beautifully I was quite happy. The team has been hands on, patient, professional and understanding with assisting with my query and that is greatly appreciated.
